Requirements for renters:
Driving license must have been held for at least 36 months.
Age: 21 and older

Required documents:
For Belarusian citizens:
Valid passport, driving license
For foreign citizens:
Valid passport, driving license, registration in Belarus, credit card.

Insurance:
All cars are insured with “Kasco” insurance and obligatory motor vehicle liability insurance.

Terms of payment:
The estimated cost of rental is required at the time of rental.

We accept:
• cash (bel.rub.)
• credit card Visa, MasterCard
• non-cash payment

Extension of rental period:
The extension should be confirmed by phone at least 6 hours before the rental period is over.
Then Renter has to come to the office not later than 6 pm in the last day of the rental period to sign the agreement about extension and to pay for the new rental period. 
In the cases that it is impossible to come in person to the office to extend the rental period (for example when being in other city) the Renter should confirm extension by phone and then send the specified in the contract form for extension by fax not later than 6 pm in the last day of the rental period.


Renter’s liability:
1. The fine of 430 000 (155$) bel. rub. must be paid by the Renter in cases:
- a car was damaged (irrespective of damage extent) except that the Renter presents the accident report from the police proving that the Renter is not responsible for it.
- if the Renter breaks conditions of the contract.
2. If the saloon is damaged the Renter must compensate the whole cost of damage (unless covered by insurance).
3. If the payment is delayed the Renter must pay the penalty of 1% of the sum of payment for each day beyond the agreed payment period.
4. Smoking in the car is forbidden. The fine for smoking in the car is 175 000 bel. rub. (62$).
5. In case returning the car with tank not full of fuel Renter must compensate the fuel cost pursuant to dates mentioned in a contract.
6. A car must be returned clean otherwise the Renter is charged 45 000 bel. rub. (16$) and bears the responsibility for damages discovered after cleaning. 

Other conditions:
• No deposit required.
• Minimal rental period is 1 day (24 hours).
• A car can be taken out of Belarus.  
• Kilometrage limit is 250 km per day for standard rates and 500 km for whole period for rate “Weekend”. If the limit is exceeded the charges are 150 bel. rub. per km for driving within Belarus and to EU and 300 bel. rub. per km for driving to Russia and Ukraine.
• The Renter is responsible to pay for following costs: fuel cost, parking fees, fines, expenses caused by going out of Belarus (additional insurances, execution of temporary import etc…). If such payments are made by the company the Renter must immediately compensate them.
• The Renter does not have the right to sublease the car, to use the car for trailing cars or trailers, for motor racing and training for it, for teaching to drive, for driving on roads with bad conditions or non-road areas and also the Renter has no right to make a contract with other persons concerning the rented car.

Requirements for renters:

For foreign citizens:

Terms of payment:
The Renter must make 100% prepayment for the in advance agreed rental period. Final payment is to be made after service is over in accordance with real volume of service. In the cases that the real volume of service exceeds the in advance agreed by more than 50% the Renter must make necessary payments immediately at the request of the company.

Other conditions:

The rates include the cost of fuel.

The rate "Daytime" includes 8 hours service and is effective from 9:00 till 18:00. The rate is only for the service within Minsk city.

The Rate “1 hour” is effective for the service within a city and charged on hourly basis. The number of kilometers would not be considered.
The Rate “1 km” is effective for driving out of town (further than 35 km from a city) and charged by kilometrage. The service time would not be considered.
